Support call

I offer a dedicated support call service to help families navigate the complexities of special educational needs. The call provides tailored guidance on next steps, signposting to relevant services, and support in understanding your rights within the education system. While every effort is made to offer clear and helpful advice, this service does not constitute legal advice and Bright Futures is not able to act in the capacity of a solicitor. The goal is to equip families with the knowledge and confidence needed to advocate effectively for their child.

Parental EHC Needs assessment

Parental request for EHC needs assessment

The EHC needs assessment service includes a review of all reports and evidence. I will draft the EHC needs assessment request on your behalf, clearly outlining the support your child requires. Once the draft is complete, you'll have the opportunity to review it, request any amendments and ensure you are happy with the final version. My goal is to help you create a strong, well-evidenced request to give your child the best chance of accessing the support they deserve.

EHCP Health Check

The EHCP Health Check service is designed to provide a thorough analysis of your child’s Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) to ensure it is specific, quantified, and measurable. Please note, this service focuses solely on the EHCP document itself and does not include a review of any supporting documents.

Following the check, I will return the EHCP document with detailed comments and requested amendments made directly within the text. These are designed to be clear and ready for submission to the local authority, helping to ensure your concerns and requests are effectively communicated.
